Competing in
Spiritual Disciplines
For this category of competitions we are using competition itself to encourage the campers to begin developing these Spiritual Disciplines in each of their own lives.
Preaching
The Preaching Competition is for boys only in both Jr & Sr Camps. Each boy is given a maximum of 8 minutes to preach a message from God’s Word.
Girls Reading &
Story Telling
The young ladies are encouraged to hone their bible teaching and communication skills in both Jr & Sr Camps.
Bible Memory
(Romans Road Only)
Every Christian should understand how to show someone else how to be Born Again. To this end, we encourage every kid to strive to memorize this series of verses..
Bible Memory (additonal verses)
Every Christian ought to be hiding God’s Word in his/her heart. Please see the registration form to receive instructions if your campers want to say more verses than the Roman’s Road.
Bible Quiz
A Bible Quiz will be given for boys and girls on Wednesday of camp @ both Jr & Sr Camps. The Scripture for each quiz will be announced 1 year ahead of time.
